About Me

For several years I have been a Professional Trainer empowering people to communicate and relate with others in their normal life activities, and work circumstances. Through this, I have interacted with people who are unique in approach to issues that face them. There are those who take issues head-on without analyzing or appraising the circumstances, and there are those who will take time to appraise – sometimes over appraise- situations before attempting a solution.
As a Coach, my philosophy is to let the individual discover the natural tools each possesses that can help them achieve solutions to any issue. I advocate honesty and self-evaluation to unearth strengths and weaknesses, harness the strengths and openly look for ways of overcoming the weaknesses. Engaging people to determine their personal solutions has worked for me and the several groups that I have worked with. I will still use this in coaching new clients. My purpose is to move clients to the next level.
I graduated from the University of Nairobi with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree – Business Management Option. My career has taken me through several organizations rising from entry-level to leadership with responsibility on profits and company development. It is a learning experience on how to deal with different multi-cultural individuals facing diverse situations and helping them overcome with heads held high. My achievement is commendable, from creating to launching new products, developing people.
I have 4 children and one grandchild, who is extremely intelligent, I have learned how to deal and utilize the minds of those children that are rebellious, naughty and stubborn. And also the slow children that require tender loving care for results and positive outcomes. I have handled young adults, families in conflict or joyful situations.
