About Me

I’m a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), bringing over six years of coaching experience and more than 17 years of leadership experience in multinational organizations. I support professionals and executives through business, career, and life coaching, helping them lead with purpose, clarity, and confidence.

Prior to my coaching journey, I held senior leadership roles in global organizations such as Expedia, TUI, and Thomas Cook, where I led large-scale service delivery, customer experience transformation, and vendor management across diverse, multicultural teams. I understand the complexities of managing change, driving performance, and sustaining growth in high-pressure corporate environments—and I bring this real-world understanding into every coaching conversation.

Since 2023, I’ve also been empaneled with BetterUp, coaching a wide range of clients across industries and geographies. My ideal clients are mid-to-senior level professionals, entrepreneurs, and emerging leaders who are navigating change, exploring new opportunities, or seeking to realign their professional goals with their personal values.
