About Me

I am a clinically trained licensed professional counselor with 20 years of experience working with teens and parents of teens. I began life coaching with parents of teens because it became clear to me that not all parents required mental health counseling to be a more helpful, healthy parent.

Through life coaching I have the ability to work with parents around the world who are interested in learning more about their teens and how to have a closer relationship with them.
