Executive, Business, and Life Coaching
Jay Izso is the Founder of Coaching Mavericks. He takes a whole person coaching approach.(The physical, mental, emotional, spiritual, and relational). Whether it is business or life ultimate success is based on making sure you are growing in all 5 of these areas. The truth is...if you are not growing you are dying. Having grown up in the country of Nebraska and later working on his doctorate in psychology he came to realize we are all MAVERICKS. We all have a unique combination of God given gifts, talents, skills, and abilities that when put together, reveal how we can be our authentic self, best lead others, discover our purpose and allow us to be at our best and live a life fulfilled and successful.
Let's talk about how we can work together to help you find your purpose, reach your goals, and achieve greater success.

I appreciated that Jay responded quickly and engaged in a personal welcome and was able to schedule our first call right away. He took the time to really read my inquiry responses and hear what I wanted to develop. I felt a dynamic enthusiasm right away for the process ahead and look forward to our discussions!!Robyn
I am very impressed with Jay Izso. I recently appeared on his "A New Direction" Podcast. I have been on about 40 podcasts over the last 2 years. I have to say that Jay is one of the most prepared and energetic podcasters I have had the pleasure to meet. As a bonus, Jay also provided personal coaching to me when the podcast was over. I really appreciated Jay's counsel. I highly recommend Jay to sponsors who are looking for a good podcast to associate with. I recommend anyone with a message that you would like to get out there, to contact Jay about being on his podcast. Jay did a great job promoting my book, "Iron-Sharpened Leadership" because he actually read my book prior to the podcast, and my message in the book resonated with him. Jay takes pride in ensuring he reads the books of any author appearing on his podcast. Based on my experience, that is somewhat rare. Although I am an executive coach myself, I would also recommend Jay to anyone looking for a superb coach. Jay is the real deal. So glad I met Jay and I will keep him as a trusted advisor within my network.John Gronski, MG (USA Ret.)
I found myself at a time in my life when I needed direction, guidance, and balance in both my personal and professional life. When I was presented with the opportunity to have Jay as a coach, I jumped at the chance! Jay is extremely personable, insightful, supportive, and inspiring. He has provided exceptional value in his ability to restore my self-confidence, improve my perspective, and teach me more about myself than I have ever known before. I look forward to our conversations every week; I am always excited about what knowledge I will gain and how I can apply it to my daily life. I could not be more grateful to have Jay as a coach and also as a friend.Joelle Fitts
