About Me

As a coach, I believe leadership is not just about strategy and execution-it’s about emotional fitness. Leaders today navigate uncertainty, rapid change, and the responsibility of caring for their teams. My coaching philosophy centers on helping leaders strengthen their ability to manage their own emotions, understand those of others, and build environments where high performance and well-being coexist.
I am trained in Marshall Goldsmith’s Stakeholder Centered Coaching - a results-driven approach that emphasizes measurable growth through feedback and feedforward from real stakeholders. I also hold certifications in Executive Coaching from ISB, taught by Marshall Goldsmith himself, and a Certificate in Global Leadership Coaching from Global Coach Group. These experiences have shaped a coaching style that balances evidence-based methods with deep empathy.
My professional journey spans senior leadership roles at Microsoft India and GE India , where I led COEs, strategy, innovation, and diverse global teams; to founding ventures such as Appreiz Inc., an employee engagement platform, and Niya Wellbeing Solutions, where I serve as CTO building AI-powered tools to support emotional fitness scale. These experiences give me firsthand insight into the challenges of leading in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
