About Me

As a lesbian military veteran, I offer compassionate and non-judgmental assistance to people who desire to grow and live a full and more balanced life. I will help you identify the root causes of problems and seek to assist with resolution in those areas. I has found that exploring your life journey and equipping you with a myriad of life-skills and tools, helps people achieve internal balance, new-found success, and self-discovery. Currently, I am offering LGBT+ oriented and gender identity counseling, life coaching, spiritual work sessions and long term healing. I help people get and keep the change they want in life.
Life coaching deals with the "how" of living, usually after someone completes counseling. Life coaching is about moving forward to actually live life. Counseling deals with the "why" in life and resolving everything attached to that. I currently have openings for both counseling and life coaching slots. Please ask for details.
Feeling supported as a whole, unique person is especially important for those confronted with the double stigma of mental health issues and marginalized status like gender, intersex, LGBT+ and identity issues. As a counseling client I can you assist with counseling, resources, and letters for treatment of Gender Dysphoria.
