I had a great experience with Coach Caldwell. He coached me for about 6 months, and I learned a lot from him: my productivity increased, I had greater clarity over my priorities, and I gained greater confidence in my capabilities. Jeff is very approachable, relatable, kind, good listener, has lots of knowledge and experience to draw from, and cares first and foremost about the people he coaches. Though I initially thought limiting beliefs were not a huge issue for me, I came to see that they were one of the key things that held me back from what I wanted. Further, focusing on prioritizing helped me to see just how much time was spent on unproductive things and not on things that truly matter. It also helped me to gain greater clarity over what I actually want - my near and long-term goals. In short, I had a great experience with Jeff, and would highly recommend anyone to coach with him. And don't just do one session - you have to do at least a few before you will start seeing results. And do the damn homework!!! Otherwise, you should not expect results.

Jeff has been an absolute lifesaver during the past several months. He is extremely flexible when it comes to how he can help, and will routinely ask if he can improve or change how he is helping you. He has kept me on track and honest in my dealings with him which is exactly what I need. I can say without a doubt that he is an amazing life coach who can fit almost any needs you may have.

I'm 48 and felt stuck. Jeff has helped me understand how my brain is wired and the triggers that lead to limiting thoughts and beliefs. This is where coaching is very different and practical. Jeff has experience with habitual negative thoughts and and how they affect our lives. Rather than focusing on the past he focuses on understanding where the beliefs come from and helped me come up with effective coping strategies and finally replace them with beliefs that give me power in my life. Working with Jeff has elevated me to a level I didnt get from therapists. He takes detailed notes and understands the nuances of my personality. After a few sessions he knew me well, and we created goals and checklists to keep me growing and moving forward. Jeff listens actively and takes the time to help. He challenges my thought patterns and teaches me how to help myself. Most of the time we work together on self development, but when situations in my life happen unexpectedly, Jeff is quick to listen and adapt the session to that specific need. I am so glad I gave coaching a try.

Jeff has been a fantastic guide for me. I was struggling with both professional and personal issues, and he was able to quickly help me get them sorted out and provide actionable advice. Ive worked with Jeff for a little over year and hes helped me navigate areas of my work life that I felt I couldnt tackle on my own. When we first started, my progress didnt always go in a straight line, but Jeff never let me give up.

Jeff is the real deal. I really got the feeling that he understood where I was coming from and was able to help me see the situation differently and that opened up a ton of new options I hadn't realized before. I went to him to get through some road blocks in my business and got the results I wanted, but he also helped me in other areas that I had no idea were holding me back. I was stuck on so many fronts, but now I have a whole new level of excitement for what's to come. If you're looking for results and not just someone to make you feel good then Jeff is your guy.
