Hi, I’m Jeff McCaffrey

As a Certified Executive Coach through the Center of Executive Coaching as well as a Teacher, Trainer and Coach for the John Maxwell Team, I couldn’t be more excited to help you discover your next opportunities. One of the things that drives my passion for leadership is that I get to add value to people and make a difference in their lives.

Having been a C-Level Executive who has ran several companies over $20 Mil as a hired gun, I know the pressures and sleepless nights that are involved. I also know that until you own your career, it owns you.
