I have over 20 years of deep practice and teaching of yoga.

I’m an Author, Coach & Yoga Teacher.

I am NLP trained, Yoga Teacher & Teen Yoga Teacher trained.

My copious and ongoing self-study and experience includes Psychoanalysis, Social Science, Buddhism, Ayurveda, Chinese Medicine, Naturopathic Nutrition and Neuroscience.

Integrity and authenticity inform how I lead, coach and teach.

Being stringent in attending to my own process means I have the clarity and space to be fully present for you to unfold, allowing your true desire and the life you want, to reveal itself.

I have two older children.

I’ve been married and divorced (which was carried out with love and respect, long before ‘conscious uncoupling’ was a thing)

I’ve been in a dysfunctional & soulful relationship that almost broke me.

I have published a book because of it.

I have a degree in Fine Art.

I have owned and sold businesses.

I have built networks, hosted and spoken at events and helped many people connect and expand into their creative, heart-led version of living.

It is my duty and my joy to share what I consider to be the keys to pleasure, enjoyment and authentic living. And they are also the foundation to the healthy inter-dependence that grows good relationships and strong, thriving communities. Namely:
