About Me

I am a certified mentor in the Kiloby Inquiries which utilizes somatic processing and emotional repression for radical transformation. I am a certified mentor in this modality and transformed my life with this work and now share the tools with others so that they too can make huge shifts and forgo sabotaging patterns in their lives as well. It was a big part of my recovery from narcissistic abuse and adverse childhood experiences. However, it is not only great for this type of recovery, it has also helped many people (including myself) find relief from compulsions, addictions, toxic relationship patterns, disease, chronic pain, triggers, shadows and more. I teach these tools to help support you on your journey toward embodied freedom and manifesting the life that you want!

I work primarily with those seeking relief from narcissistic abuse as well as sabotaging patterns.
