About Me

I'm an author and life coach whose spiritual journey began at age 17 upon reading the word "truth" in the Quran. I'm in the process of obtaining certification as a Clinical EFT Practitioner and currently attend the Zen Center of Syracuse and follow Anam Thubten and Kilung Rinpoche.

I work with clients to come into alignment with their mindset, leadership, and business using a unique blend of spirituality, psychology, empathic communication, self-awareness, and EFT. My passion is to bridge science and spirituality to bring the benefits of both to a wider audience.
