About Me

I am trained as clinical psychologist but find that life coaching offers a less pathologizing approach to helping people grow into the best version of themselves. Maybe you want to put procrastination to a stop, start dating again, or better understand your place in the universe. My education gives me the benefit of understanding brain/behavior relationships, while life coaching allows you to determine what goals matter most to you! My role is to be an accountability partner, cheerleader, and guide on your journey of self discovery. I am passionate about working with individuals who are going major life changes or contemplating these, career decisions, issues related to spirituality, and women's issues.
