    About Me

Hi and hello! I'm Jennifer, a doctoral degree holder in leadership, former educator, and military veteran with over 12 years of service. Mom to four, two with special needs (autism and ADHD), and working professional, I understand the struggle to balance growth with ever-increasing commitments. I use this experience to help my clients balance their own lives. Sometimes we call this getting in your groove, finding inner peace, or identifying your passion, but the result is the same - you become happier, more satisfied, and rejuvenated.

My personal philosophy is that coaching has to be personal. There is no one-size-fits all. I wish I could tell you the "secret" to happiness, but the road to happiness isn't universal. Even the simple, obvious things aren't necessarily easy, which is why having a coach to guide and encourage you can be so impactful.

Sometimes clients feel that they "should" be able to do it all without a coach, but the reality is, humans are amazing social creatures that can accomplish so much when we work together! If you are still skeptical, I'm an introvert and autistic, yet I swear on the power of human connection. Coaching is about empowerment.

I live in San Antonio with my husband, four children, dog, and axolotls. My hobbies are arts and crafts, reading, and running, but like many clients, I tend to try my hand at many things. I really try not to have too many open projects. I love learning and growing!

If you'd like to learn and grow with me, please reach out. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

    Blessings,
    Jennifer
