How I Work:
I use the Personal Mastery Framework, a developmental coaching framework I created at Harvard for high achievers ready to change what is fueling their drive. It draws on developmental theory, motivation science, and contemporary neuroscience. The work is psychologically rigorous and built for lasting change, not just better coping.
