About Me

Hi, I'm Jess. I’m passionate about helping people rediscover their confidence and passion for life; allowing them the space to think about what they really want and how they can move forward to make change happen.

With a background in HR, I have always enjoyed working with people on a compassionate level and helping them reach their potential. After becoming a Mum I felt like my life had changed overnight and for a while I felt I’d lost my confidence and my sense of self. Having found my path in Coaching, I am passionate about helping others with their own self-development.

As your coach, I will use a gentle and holistic approach to help you explore what’s getting in the way, to help you get unstuck and start living confidently and authentically to you. I’ll provide a safe, non-judgemental space for you to open-up and be yourself. You’ll feel listened to and understood. I’m professional and encouraging, but not pushy; I won’t tell you what to do but I will accompany you on your own journey of self-discovery.
