About Me

I know what it feels like to look successful on paper while quietly wondering, “Is this it?” For over 15 years, I led global clients and teams in the advertising world, helping Fortune 500 companies navigate complexity, growth, and big transitions. On the outside, I had it all together. On the inside, I often felt stuck, second-guessing my next move. That tension is what ultimately brought me to coaching.

Today, I coach ambitious, high-achieving women who find themselves in similar moments of transition — whether it’s career, leadership, or personal life shifts. My role is to help you get unstuck from patterns of self-sabotage and create the clarity and momentum to move confidently into what’s next.

My approach is both practical and deep. I’m trained as a Chopra-certified coach with additional education in meditation and leadership development. That means our work together blends thoughtful reflection with tangible action steps. You’ll leave sessions with insight, yes — but also a roadmap you can actually use.
