A dedicated life coach with a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Columbus State University and Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of West Georgia, passionate about guiding individuals through life’s daily challenges. She has a strong foundation in holistic wellness, she blends traditional therapeutic approaches with eight years of experience in Hatha yoga and five years of nutritional lifestyle practices. These practices involve a combination of dietary choices, physical activity, and other habits that contribute to a balanced and healthy life) she believes in treating the whole person—mind, body, and spirit—by integrating mindfulness, movement, and healthy eating into the healing journey.
