About Me

I am a Career and Life Coach with an M.S. in Psychology and certifications in Life Coaching and Solution-Focused Coaching. I am also a wife and soon-to-be mother who values both my personal life AND my career.

My coaching style is rooted in the assumption that you can't choose a career without also choosing a lifestyle. I help you to discover your unique talents, values, and priorities so that you can obtain a career that matches the way you want to live.

I have 8 years of counseling experience, 4 of them in mental health. I'm passionate about the need for good self-care even as we pursue our career goals. That's why I focus on good work-life balance and specialize in a lifestyle of mindfulness.

I also have 4 years of career and academic counseling experience, so I know how to help people navigate the higher education system (when needed) and tap into their full potential.

Perhaps most importantly, I've learned from personal experience how hard it can be to find the "dream career" you've always wanted. I thought I did all the right things: went to college, worked hard, found a job with good pay. But at some point, I tapped out in that career and found I couldn't go any higher. I needed a new challenge, but one that gave me the flexibility and work-life balance I valued.

That's why I decided to pursue my second "dream job" of becoming a coach so that I can help other millennial women trying to juggle work, family, and life, to obtain their career goals.
