My name is Jessica Kohler and I am a certified coach practitioner with the EMCC. I am a millennial, I am a mother, a sister, a daughter, a wife, a friend. I value kindness, courage, hard-work, and adventure. I am an Irish woman who has been fortunate enough to travel to many parts of the world and hope to do so again in the future. I am a runner who appreciates the connection between physical and mental wellness. I am concerned for our planet, I am deeply concerned about our vulnerable, and I am concerned with doing some good with the time we have on earth. The world is changing, the way we work is changing and many people are now turning to coaching to achieve significant transformational change within themselves as we learn, adapt & grow.
