Hi, I’m Jess Mealia—an executive and life coach who helps smart, successful women in their 30s break free from burnout, doubt, and someone else’s definition of success.

For years, I followed the “right” path—earning my degree from Harvard, climbing the corporate ladder, and leading business development at companies like PwC, Uber, and Instacart across global markets. On paper, everything looked great. But inside, I felt disconnected—from myself, my purpose, and the life I actually wanted.

I know what it’s like to feel stuck in a life that no longer fits.

Today, I support women who are high-achieving but quietly unfulfilled. Women who are rethinking what success means. Women who feel like they’re living on autopilot, burning out, or wondering, “Is this really it?”
