About Me

Hello, I’m Jessica, an Inside Wisdom Coach, guiding female professionals to move beyond overthinking, reconnect with their body's intelligence, and stop carrying everything alone.

Together with my partner Jeroen (more then 30 years), we are sharing this journey with our daughter and our cat Rose. This adventure has taken us from living in Amsterdam, Geneva, back to the Netherlands, in London and now in Spain.

But my deepest journey began in 2003 when I was pregnant with Zoë.
A clear message hit me: “If you want to take care of a new life, you must take responsibility for your own.”

That moment changed everything.
Facing my own suppressed emotions and physical signals led me to somatic bodywork. In a proces of years my soul's purpose became crystal clear: to guide people in listening to their own inside wisdom.

Working with clients since 2007, first as a holistic professional counsellor, for 7 years as a somatic coach, and since 2016 as an Inside Wisdom Coach, I help make daily struggles clear and manageable. I combine deep emotional work with practical daily life tools.

Currently, I am expanding my intuitive abilities in a 3-year program at the 6th Sense Academy, bringing even more depth, clarity and lightness to my work.
