About Me

Hello, I’m Jessica, an Inside Wisdom Coach guiding creative women (45–58) living abroad in Western Europe into their next chapter. If you are stuck in overthinking or inner hesitation, together we clear the deeper patterns underneath, so you can claim your self-reliance, build true confidence, and create a meaningful life where you live.

About Me
Living abroad takes grit and an open heart. Alongside my partner Jeroen, our daughter Zoë, and our cat Rose, our journey took us from Amsterdam, Geneva, and London to settling in Spain. I know firsthand what it means to build a life abroad and navigate the shift when your children step into their own lives.

My deepest transformation began in 2003 while pregnant with Zoë, when a clear insight hit me: “If you want to take care of a new life, you must take responsibility for your own.” Facing my own emotional layers led me to somatic coaching, helping women drop mental noise and reconnect with the deeper layers that were hidden for a long time.

My Approach
You’ve created stability and comfort, yet a part of you feels that there is more to explore, not outside of you, but inside of you. I will honor your process, and for me it's about creating a safe space, bringing in my lightness and humor. It's not all about taking it seriously. The analytical mindset that served you well in the past can easily keep you overthinking and disconnected from what you truly want.

I don’t do superficial quick fixes or floating theories. Real, lasting transformation happens when we blend practical, down-to-earth tools, adapted to your needs.

Practicing since 2007, first as a holistic counsellor, then a somatic coach, and since 2016 as an Inside Wisdom Coach, I bring depth, warmth, and grounded guidance.
