My name’s Jason and I worked with Jim for some time (about two months). Within that time, I found Jim to be a very perceptive person who knows what to ask and how to ask it. He was able to identify the oddities and issues that immersed my everyday life; so as a team we were able to focus on my goals and accomplish them in a timely fashion. Jim also had some tools available that were able to help me get to know myself easier. Those tools helped to organize my life and even come to recognize where my time can be used most effectively. I also want to state that in order to accomplish your goals you have to believe in yourself and never give up, and Jim is a great coach who can help you keep that faith. I am very happy to have sought the help of Jim and look back on our time with a smile. I think he is incredible.
When I decided to make a mid-life career change, I was very anxious. Jim's approach had a calming influence that got me to focus on what I needed to do. He recognized my strengths, which helped build up my self confidence. He has a good nature and a positive attitude, and he really put me on the right track.
