I have over 25 years of experience in nonprofit leadership, and over 10 years in executive search, leadership consulting, working with boards and executive leaders of impact-focused organizations and initiatives. I am also an ICF-certified coach, an intercultural intelligence champion, and have been a DISC-accredited facilitator.

I am passionate about developing leaders who want to better advance causes of social justice, environmental sustainability, human dignity, as well as faith-based initiatives. I help my clients by coaching and developing the best leadership talent, designing and facilitating leadership development programs, and providing strategic onboarding, coaching, succession planning services, etc.
