About Me

Hi, I’m Joanna. I coach leaders in science and tech who are ready to step beyond their technical expertise and become the kind of leader people want to follow.

That’s what my coaching offers. With a background as a scientist (PhD in Medical Sciences) and training in co-active coaching, positive intelligence, Insights discovery and more I bring both specific tools and empathy. Together, we’ll treat leadership like an experiment: test new approaches, notice what works, and build habits that stick.

The leaders I accompany grow in practical ways: they make decisions without spinning for weeks, delegate with confidence, and show up with presence their teams can feel. As a result, their teams become more engaged, aligned, and effective. Performance rises when leadership does.

I do this work because I’ve lived it myself. In my early career in science, I saw how doubt and tough environments could crush even the brightest people. Coaching was the turning point that helped me find clarity and rebuild confidence. That’s why I now walk alongside leaders like you so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
