About Me

Hi, I’m Joanna. I work with analytical minds (science, biotech, tech, healthcare) who want to move beyond overthinking and step into leadership roles with clarity, confidence, and impact.

That’s what my coaching offers. With a background in science (PhD in Medical Sciences) and training in co-active coaching, positive intelligence, Insights discovery and more I bring specific tools and empathy.

The leaders I accompany grow in practical ways: they make decisions without spinning for weeks, delegate with confidence, and show up with presence their teams can feel. As a result, their teams become more engaged, aligned, and effective. Performance rises when leadership does.

I do this work because I’ve lived it myself. In my early career in science, I saw how doubt and tough environments could crush even the brightest people. Coaching was the turning point that helped me find clarity and rebuild confidence. That’s why I now walk alongside leaders like you so you don’t have to figure it out alone.
