What is integral coaching?
It’s about achieving goals while deepening self-awareness, fostering inner harmony, and addressing external challenges. This approach involves skill-building, transforming limiting beliefs, and encompassing all areas of life to create lasting change.

With over 15 years of experience in global corporations within the financial sector, I’ve had the privilege of working with remarkable individuals in portfolio, project, product, and team management. I also contribute to solutions that promote the well-being of 120,000 employees.

I am a yogi, certified yoga teacher, mental health support provider, diversity ambassador, mentor, and Reiki practitioner. I am passionate about supporting personal development, unlocking potential, and exploring new perspectives.

I find joy in dancing, creating art, singing, dreaming big, self-discovery, learning, and connecting with nature and animals.

I hold bachelor's and master's degrees in business management, a bachelor's in human resources management, and postgraduate degree in project management (PMI) and process improvement (Six Sigma).
