About Me

JoAnne has been on a conscious and devoted spiritual path of healing and "opening to the abundance and well being that we all already are" for more than 20 years.

She has extensive personal experience with 12 step recovery, and many other teachings including - A Course in Miracles, Law of Attraction, Non Dual teachings, Non Violent Communication, Empowered Relationships and the Non Negotiable's of healthy relating, "The Work" with Byron Katie, Self Inquiry, Meditation, Balanced View training and the 12 Empowerments, Conscious Parenting and Child Led Learning.

JoAnne has a BA in Social Ecology from UCIrvine and a MA in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and she has been sharing and mentoring for the past 18 years from her direct experience about the practices and tools that contribute to having a Spiritual Awakening and living a life based on this discovery of our Essential Self of Innate Benefit and Wisdom. It has been the great challenges that have been completely opened to and directly addressed that really fuel the offering for support that is currently available.

JoAnne has incredible insight and clarity around healing and overcoming the many blocks that often prove to be insurmountable. She can provide great support & ultimately resolve with - anxiety, depression, overwhelm, addiction, sleep problems, grief, challenges in relationships, moving on after divorce or loss of a partner, health issues, & parenting challenges. You can learn to relax and take loving care of yourself through great strife and discover who you really are.

It are our greatest afflictions that offer up our greatest gifts, our most challenging relationships that open us up the most and reveal our incredible capacities to love ourselves and others. We can learn how to relax and open to life fully, stop hiding out, playing small, or continuously seek relief externally and failing.

JoAnne has 2 boys ages 9 & 13 that she's been homeschooling for the past 8 yrs.
