About Me

I’ve been supporting people for over a decade as a counselor and art therapist but I also wanted to find a way to step outside the therapy room and share my experience in new ways. Offering space as a coach is similar in many ways to therapy, but I really enjoy the freedom it offers us to focus on your strengths, in a non-pathologizing way, to find your creative spark again.

My journey as an artist is a huge part of what informs my work as a coach. I love being a witness to the many ways creativity flows through my client’s lives and work. We will address the stuck places but we will also have fun doing it!

In addition, I have had the great honor of co-developing the first ever coach training program for the IFS Institute. I’m very rooted in a parts perspective and weave this into my coaching work. It is truly a beautiful compliment to creative expression and offers a unique way to explore your passion and find (or reconnect) to your purpose.

It would be an honor to walk with you for a bit on this wild and wonderful human journey.
