About Me
I am a Deputy City Administrator and certified Project Management Professional with a Doctorate in Public Administration. I work daily with senior leaders, managers, and high-potential professionals navigating complex organizations, high expectations, and constant change.
My coaching is grounded in real leadership experience, not theory alone. I focus on helping clients strengthen confidence, clarify decision-making, and communicate effectively under pressure. Many of the leaders I work with are capable and committed, but stretched thin, uncertain in new roles, or feeling the early signs of burnout.
My coaching typically centers on three areas:
• Leadership confidence and executive presence, including decision-making, communication, and influence
• Career growth and transitions, such as promotions, expanded responsibilities, or strategic career shifts
• Burnout prevention and balance through practical systems, boundaries, and sustainable habits
