About Me

I coach professionals navigating life’s big transitions—those moments where clarity feels just out of reach and purpose feels like it’s hiding in the background. With over 20 years of experience in transformational work, I bring a grounded, deeply human approach to coaching. My style is practical, structured, and always focused on helping you take purposeful action—not just have powerful conversations.

I blend evidence-based tools like Positive Intelligence (PQ), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) with strategic coaching models like GROW, ACT, and CAPPS. I also draw on frameworks like the SCARF model, LifePrint Systems, and neuroscience-based habits (yes, I’m a big fan of Andrew Huberman’s work). But more than anything, I show up to every session as a compassionate, curious, and fiercely present thinking partner.
