Before I became a coach, I was a man doing what most people do: grinding, pushing, juggling responsibilities, and trying to “make it all work.” I wore many hats—husband, father, professional, friend, community member—but deep down, I was running on fumes. My calendar was full and days were loud. I felt hollow on the inside. I knew the Word. I believed in God’s purpose for my life. I knew I was destined for greater rewards and greater things. But I couldn’t feel it when I was buried under obligations and constantly chasing the clock.

My turning point was when I asked myself: “If I say God comes first, family comes second, why does my time reflect everything but that?” That question shook me. So I got honest, I got still, and I got intentional.

I began studying biblical principles on time, purpose, stewardship, and excellence. I combined that truth with real-world, no-fluff strategies. I started applying it to my thinking. This changed my how I lived, how I led, and how I showed up.

And that’s when the breakthrough came!

I discovered that time isn’t something to manage—it’s something to master with wisdom. Today I help others do the same.
