I’m a certified Professional Coach (ICF accredited) who helps adults with ADHD break free from self-sabotage, rebuild self-trust, and follow through on the promises they make to themselves. Having been diagnosed with ADHD at 35, I deeply understand the frustration of feeling stuck and behind in all the categories of life.

My coaching blends classical coaching with tools for nervous system regulation, so you can move forward with more clarity, calm, and confidence. As a 500-hour yoga teacher, I bring grounding practices in breathwork and mindfulness to support emotional regulation, helping you feel both empowered and steady as you create the life you deserve.
