About Me

I am a life, recovery and business coach who helps individuals bring clarity, accountability and direction to their lives. With over two decades of sobriety, my approach is rooted in lived experience, honesty and a belief that growth is possible when people are given the right support and structure.
After selling my restaurant in Columbia, South Carolina, I became a Life, Recovery and Business Coach. I am also the Community Spokesperson and Fundraiser for The Courage Center, located in Lexington, Columbia, Orangeburg and Aiken.
I have owned and operated multiple businesses since 2005, gaining real-world experience that has allowed me to bridge personal growth and business into a practical, grounded way. I work with individuals in recovery and life transition, as well as business owners and executives seeking clarity, stability, and sustainable success.
I believe people do not lack ability or knowledge, but systems. My goal is to establish a framework for developing patterns that keep us on track every day.
I am also a proud dog dad to Nell and Stella and the favorite uncle to nine nieces and nephews. My most favorite title ever.
