About Me

I've had a broad and sometimes unpredictable career, marked by both big wins and tough setbacks. I've worked in hotels and restaurants, universities, non-profit organizations—I've even run a bike shop. I've helped businesses grow and made others a lot of money, yet I've also faced layoffs more than once. I've seen small businesses where dreams turned into nightmares and large organizations where individuality gets lost.

I hold a degree in  History and Geography from McGill University and  Sales and Marketing from the University of British Columbia, along with professional certifications in Urban Design and Project Management, and of course Career Coaching. 

What always resonated with me was people—training them, coaching them, helping them not just do their jobs but advocate for themselves, set goals, and gain confidence in the workplace. That was the part of every role I loved the most: breaking down fears, overcoming self-doubt, and turning challenges into opportunities.

So I made a decision—to turn my own career setbacks into strengths. Not just for myself, but for others who need guidance, encouragement, and the right tools to grow.
