About Me

Jolynne Anderson is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC), with over eight years of coaching expertise. She is a Leader with Accomplishment Coaching's Coaches Training Program. She leads a team of coaches in Washington DC, and currently trains 24 new coaches. She has trained coaches across the United States and internationally, from New York to Malaysia. She recently coached and trained a team of HR leaders within the United Nations Population Fund. She has over 10,000 hours of coaching experience.

Jolynne has coached clients to success around the world and within fortune 500 companies. Jolynne’s clients say the following about her coaching: “She is unwavering in her stand for me to achieve my goals.” She is brilliant at spotting people’s limitations, which prohibit success in people’s lives. Jolynne is passionate about partnering with her clients to achieve their greatest self and discovering their full potential outside of their limiting beliefs.

She possesses a plethora of amazing qualities, including, but not limited to, compassion, wisdom, humor, and leadership. Her entrepreneurial mindset allows her to overcome all challenges and support others in doing the same.

Her previous work was with State Government as a Program Manager Assistant for 12 years, working in the Water Resources Program at the Department of Ecology.

She enjoys partnering with leaders, managers, teams, and individuals to create thriving relationships, goal achievement, and life fulfillment.
