About Me

I am a professional Life Coach who specializes in personal and professional growth, improving vision building skills, relationship and career coaching. I maintain a private practice in South Florida.

I serve as a private practitioner working with a broad spectrum of clients. In addition to being a professional Life Coach, I also present nationally and internationally to general audiences speaking on the topics of vision building skills, personal growth, healthy relationships, and leadership development.

I developed the 5R Circle Process as an innovative approach to life coaching. Through this approach, I provide a proven system, support and practical feedback to help clients effectively address their personal and/or professional shifts in vision, challenges, and goals.
