Before becoming a coach, I spent many years leading software and engineering teams, both in the start-up world and at a globally renowned innovation consultancy. I know first-hand how demanding and rewarding leadership can be. Over time, my approach naturally evolved to centre on developing others, guiding them to solve problems, navigate complexity and grow into their own leadership style.

My practice is shaped by lived experience, grounded in evidence, and built on the belief that great leadership isn’t about becoming someone else. It’s about becoming a more effective version of yourself.

My own leadership journey began long before my tech career. As a keen sailor and musician, I led crews at sea and ensembles in rehearsal rooms. Mentoring new skippers and conducting musicians taught me the importance of timing, trust, clear communication, and staying calm under pressure.

I’m currently working towards International Coaching Federation accreditation as an Associate Certified Coach.
