About Me
Are you feeling overwhelmed by your business? Do you have a million ideas and todos on your list, but feel like you never know which ones to pursue? Do you feel like all you do is work inside your business but never have the time to work on building a better business? You need someone in your corner who will care as much about you and your business as you do. I'm here to help bring you focus and clarity.
My approach to coaching is very flexible. My primary goal is to let you lead the conversation, tell me where you want to spend our time, and guide me through what is causing you the most pain. When you're not sure where we need to look, I have plenty of tools, workshops, and systems we can use to help uncover the big issues. Because of this, we will always connect before a call so that I can understand whether you will have an agenda for us to spend our time with, or if I can prepare something to help guide the conversation.
You can expect me to keep you accountable to what we discuss in our sessions. I'm a big believer that planning is incredibly valuable, but action is worth even more. No plan will ever become a reality without the action needed to make it so. I will ask you to think about the actions that will be needed to get to the next step, to discover new information, and continue to do so until we have really solved your problem.
I'm also a big believer that the things we are most worried and scared of are usually the things we simply must find a way to do. I will help break down the things you have been putting off or avoiding doing into smaller easy to do actions. We will find ways to make them less uncomfortable so that they are easier to accomplish, and before you know it you will have gained the confidence to take those actions without the feelings you had about them before.
