Hello, my name is Josee, I live on a gulf Island on the west coast of British Columbia in Canada, my husband and I raised our children on a hobby farm with alpacas and hens. I enjoy sharing my practice of gratitude and passion for life with daily routines, teach Ayurveda and meditation to women.
