About Me

For as long as I can remember I have always been fascinated by the human mind, the way we think and how we all can experience events so differently.

Having spent a long time in the UK (13 years) studying (B.Sc. in Scotland and MA in London) and working I eventually moved back to Sweden where I am originally from.

This is when my curiosity and attraction to working with people became “too much” and I finally joined The Clique academy in 2021 to start my journey of becoming a coach. Between then and now I have acquired diplomas in Life Coaching and Self-Love as well as ACC from the ICF in 2024.

As a working mother of 4, working in the family business, I can easily relate to and support in questions and worries relating to:
- Time management
- Focus
- Entrepreneurs
- Business planning
- Family planning
- Feeling like you´re not enough or you don´t have enough time

Also a trained Doula I can assist in fears or worries relating to pregnancy and labour, assist in the actual labour as well as support pre/during/post pregnancy and birth.

I work with all genders and ages, keeping an open mind to the events you want to focus on and areas you wish to transform or change.

I worked with Josephine for a number of months and I loved our time together. She was so supportive and encouraging, but also held me accountable when needed, and always asked questions which got the most out of me. Josephine has a way of intuitively knowing what it was that I needed to get the most out of each session, and I would work with her again without a doubt!
