About Me

I help people reconnect with who they truly are, build confidence in their decisions, and move forward with greater purpose and peace. My coaching approach centers on creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts openly. I have completed Certified Empower Coach Training through Oregon State University, which is an International Coaching Federation accredited program. I am also a small business owner, wife and mother to 4 teenage boys. Parenting neurodivergent children has given me a deep appreciation for the uniqueness of every mind and every life path. It has strengthened my ability to listen without judgment, adapt to different ways of thinking, and support growth in ways that honor each person’s individuality. I have spent the last 15 years learning how to navigate life’s ups and downs in a loving, meaningful and healthy way. That process is what has motivated me to become a coach.
