About Me

Welcome to joy! I have been in wellness for over 20 years, helping people work on everything from relationships to physical fitness to spiritual wholeness to parenting to finances to emotional wellbeing.

What is wellbeing you to?

As a fitness instructor I began to see that wellness encompassed so much more than just physical fitness and that each person defines their own wellness in alignment with their own values. This led me to become a wellness coach, a behavior-change specialist, and to obtain a degree in psychology. I raised 3 children mostly as a single mom, and I believe parenting to be one of the most noble jobs one could hold. I am passionate about supporting other parents, so I have a pediatric and adolescent mental health coach certification.

A missing piece to wellness for many people is connection. There is so much loneliness, so I have facilitated over 500 group sessions and counting, aimed at increasing connection. The impact of sharing your story and your heart with others is deeply personal and profoundly transformative.

I want to walk alongside you to help you dig into the places of your heart and mind that you haven't been able to get at. To help you think and process out loud and discover the barriers that get in the way of your dreams, and the tools you already have at your disposal to help you navigate those barriers. I specifically want to support you in exploring what it is that keeps you feeling stuck or cripples your desire to move forward. We will do powerful work together!
