About Me

I am a coach, entrepreneur, certified personal trainer, operational wizard, and athlete.

I started working at 12, and have founded, sold, shuttered, and even taken companies public in the 3+ decades that followed. I've worked at all levels, from IC to Executive, and at Fortune 100 companies to 2 person startups, while also navigating the intricacies (and incredible benefits) of working with my significant other. My experience spans a very broad range of positions and industries - healthcare, real estate, engineering, finance, design, consulting, tech, and fitness. I hold dual degrees in Business and Biology.

After 25 years, I took a much needed break, visited 40 countries (and developed a true joy of travel in the process) and started to explore what might be next for me. Coaching was one of the things that emerged, where I now help people find balance, overcome challenges, and dream big so they can create the life they've always wanted (or perhaps even one they haven't yet conceived of!).

I am an avid listener and reader, gamer, dog-lover, baker, and Japanophile. I currently live between CA and NY with my husband, long time business partner, and fellow coach, Nick.
