About Me

Are you processing the loss of a loved one, or childless not by choice (CNBC) and wondering how you might spend the next chapter of your life? Do you find yourself stuck in a cycle of grief and sadness, unable to find the enthusiasm to explore how your future might look?

I am a certified life coach and ICF accredited grief coach, certified clinical hypnotherapist, and am trauma informed. I work with those that are at a cross roads in life, perhaps in the process of acknowledging that they will be childless, and struggling to process the emotions that inevitably accompany grief.

Grief can be all consuming, potentially affecting every area of our lives including our personal relationships, our career and our social activities. Our back story of grief and trauma often join in leading to exhaustion, grief brain fog and emotional overwhelm. It can be incredibly difficult to work through these emotions alone, and anxiety is a common symptom of emotional overwhelm.

My program works with you through these emotions, self esteem and confidence issues, and helps you make sense of what has happened. I share with you valuable coping mechanisms, including breathing exercises and meditation that can be used in triggering situations. This will lessen the incidence of emotional overwhelm and also the severity, allowing you to take back charge and regain a sense of self.

Together we will assess where you are in your life now, and where you want to be. I will help you approach your future with curiosity, see that your life matters, has meaning and purpose. We will identify your strengths, and work through limiting beliefs and barriers that might be holding you back
