About Me

As a certified Behavioral Consultant & Career Coach with PeopleKeys, I've helped professionals recognise their behavioural leanings, values, motivated skills and drivers so that they can effectively manage work relationships as well as decide on their career choice.

Having navigated various economic situations and working in different work environments including MNC, SME, non-profit and start-ups, I understand the different types of experiences my clients in similar situations go through.

I hold an MBA in Strategic Marketing from the University of Hull, UK and a Bachelor of Arts degree from the National University of Singapore. I'm also Belbin Team Role Accredited and a member of the International Coaching Federation.

In my free time, I enjoys walking and spending time with my mini-daschund, Mr Dober.
