Reflect and Refine: Here, you deepen self-awareness by examining repeating patterns, acknowledging changing aspirations, and staying open to adjusting your plans. Recognizing that evolving goals shows growth, you refine your strategies for a plan that remains true to your developing self-understanding.
Empower with Action: Finally, you convert insight into meaningful steps. By breaking goals into micro-actions and supporting them with accountability (schedules, support partners, win logs), you build momentum and confidence. What sets my method apart is infusing coaching with Reiki healing, intuition, and spiritual practice. I use energy scans and Reiki to reveal and clear hidden blocks, suggest simple self-care for grounding, and introduce meditation and intention-setting to nurture growth. Insights from spirit guides and encouraging clients to use their own intuition make the process deeply personal and holistic.
