About Me

I work with professionals, businesses seeking career clarity, leadership development, and meaningful direction, helping them move from uncertainty to clear, intentional action.
My path into coaching has been shaped by a diverse professional journey. I began as a design entrepreneur, building creative ventures and learning firsthand what it takes to turn ideas into reality. I later spent two decades in leadership and financial advisory roles, guiding teams and supporting clients through important decisions about their careers, financial wellbeing, and life transitions.

Across these experiences, one of the most rewarding moments has been seeing clients gain clarity about what they truly need. When people recognize what genuinely matters to them, they are better able to pursue goals, dreams, and results that align with who they are and the life they want to create.

Over time, I noticed that many capable professionals are not lacking ability or ambition. What they often seek is career clarity, leadership confidence, and a trusted space to reflect on their next steps.

This realization inspired me to create Guiding Eagle, a coaching practice focused on helping individuals align the key pillars of life: career direction, leadership growth, financial awareness, and personal wellbeing.

My coaching approach is grounded in the JDK framework, inspired by the principles of Jnana (awareness), Dharma (purpose), and Karma (intentional action). Through thoughtful conversations and structured reflection, I help clients develop awareness, reconnect with their purpose, and take meaningful action toward the future they want.I am currently completing my professional coach training with iPEC Coaching and working toward certification through the International Coaching Federation (ICF).
