About Me

Hello, my name is Jyothi Iyer and I am delighted to welcome you here.

For as long as I can remember; I have been intrigued and interested in the vastness of human potential in both its latent and active forms. I constantly think about what are the possibilities we have; each and every day to shape our realities in order to become the best version of ourselves.

This led me to become a human resource professional and at the same time embark on a journey of continuous learning and deeper understanding into the study of human personality and potential.

I have close to 17 years of experience in human resources across diverse industries and geographies. During this period I had the opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, middle management teams as well as individual contributors. I have now decided to actively serve this community through coaching & personal development programs.

I am an ICF certified co-active coach (CPCC), certified mBraining coach and NLP practitioner. I am also trained in Hypnotherapy (Basic) and Graphologist. I also love colors and the infinite possibilities they can bring to a blank canvas; so in my free time I am also a fine artist.

I combine my years of corporate experience and blend it with the world renowned co-active coaching model , Neuro linguistic programming and Mbraining ( making decisions and taking action based on the head, heart and gut alignment). I also support my clients with accessing the power of the subconscious mind.
