About Me

I help leaders and teams connect to, resource, and lead with their best selves because I’m passionate about supporting people to show up in work, life, and community in more self-aware, authentic, and generative ways.

My approach combines training in the Co-Active Coaching Model and Leading Equity and Inclusion in Organizations with 20+ years of hands-on experience facilitating leaders and teams through complex, collaborative strategy, learning, and change processes focused on social justice.

Throughout our coaching relationship you can count on me to:

I also bring an explicitly neurodiversity-affirming, LGBTQIA+-affirming, anti-racist, and feminist perspective to all of our coaching, which involves:

▶ Naming how systems of power and oppression like white supremacy, cis-heteropatriarchy, capitalism, and ableism/neuroableism show up in our lives and shape our sense of self, relationships, institutions, and systems; and
▶ Helping leaders and teams cultivate ways of being and building relationships, organizations, and systems that affirm all people’s dignity, power, and interconnectedness — including your own.

In short, I draw on whole-person development and systems thinking to help you translate insights into actions that strategically navigate the realities of the world you live and work in.
