About Me

Hello! My name is Kaitlynn, I am a life coach, Masters level Clinician (MSW), Podcast Host and YOUR confidence hype woman! 

I brings more than 10 years of experience as a counselor + my own growth journey to help other moms feel more alive and confident! I especially love helping women find more joy + tap into their identity, beyond being a mom. I came to understand that women struggle beyond parenting their children… women desire a life where parenting, working, and BEING; all intersect.

My approach is a strength-based coaching style with the foundation of knowing, everything can FEEL different, with a new thought! As a former educator and mental health professional, I blend both counseling with coaching to create a beautiful harmony that makes working with me fun, easy + effective.

I am also a mom to two daughters who are my biggest teachers. My experience with life coaching has helped me create a life I am obsessed with! I recently left my full time school counseling job to cure burnout and follow bigger dreams of more freedom and time with my family. I intend to inspire other women to create new possibilities in their lives that feel scary and exciting all at once!
