About Me

Hello, I am Karen Rene, an ex-Big 4, ICF Accredited Coach (ACC), and Start-up mentor with 10+ years of experience in Business & Tech. I managed over 50+ teams and guided 200+ external clients/partners across organisations of all sizes, from start-ups to leading global organisations, from various industries (Retail, FMCG, Automotive, Hospitality, NGOs, and Tech). Most recently, I was the Global Head of Digital Operations at Aesop and a member of the Global Digital & Technology Leadership team. In this role, I provided guidance to distributed cross-functional teams primarily located in Australia, France, Germany, Switzerland, Japan, the UK, the US, Italy, and Hong Kong.

In addition to my business background, I decided to create a consultancy that focuses on the career and leadership development of talented but often overlooked professionals - introverts. I am convinced of the distinctive strengths and potential of introverts and am committed to fostering a more inclusive work environment that promotes the growth and achievement of all individuals.

My commitment to supporting the next generations of leaders led me to become a business & entrepreneurship mentor for early-stage tech start-ups & social enterprises.
